Weather Data

• The app uses Apple WeatherKit to display current weather conditions.
• Weather requests are made using the station's coordinates, not your personal location.
• No personal data is shared with weather services.

Station Selection

• Your selected station is saved locally on your device using UserDefaults so the app remembers your preference between sessions.
• This data never leaves your device.

Network Requests

• The app fetches real-time train arrival data directly from the MTA's public GTFS-RT feeds.
• No personal information is included in these requests.

Third-Party Services

NYC Subway Live does not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer any user data to third parties.

Children's Privacy

The app does not knowingly collect any data from children under 13.
